Never ignore the truth go by your own life experiences

that will help you know what to do

you don’t have to believe everything people tell you

If they have no proof and if their lives have not shown you

some things to do that will help you be the true you

get in touch with your heart

you are worth every part

realize who you are,  It maybe a little hard

but that will take you far  

Hurdles

Somethings are simple for others
that are so harder for me
I want let that defeat me
I will defeat thee, because 
I want to live free from these 
hurdles that should hold me down
but I choose to stand my ground

This Fight

Is this fight just the color of skin

Is this fight  just about religion

Is this fight just being rich or poor

Is this fight just mental slavery, maybe

Is this fight just a woman having right’s to carry her baby
Is this fight just having disabilities

Is this fight just who we can marry

This fight is people been taught to hate who we are, that’s society standards law

Leader No Judge

Be a leader not a judge a lot of people have no guidance to know

doing only what they are familiar with to survive to stay alive

let your life experiences and things you do give people something new to look up to

then it may help them know some things to do

it might just be a few that fight and work hard to find their way through

they could be one of many people that help pull this next generation through

Struggles

If you knew my struggles, you 
would believe my life was in trouble
But I believe in possible things 
so i will continue to fight for my dreams

Dad

Dad you was so loud and too damn proud but all I wanted was to be free

from the abuse but you always had an excuse to lay your hand was the plan
I guess it made you feel like a man, beat me and yell and told me I was going to hell

until I fell under your spell control that was your role, you said I will never amount to nothing but let me tell you something this is true I will never be you, you taught me something right because I learn how to fight take nothing for no one that includes you, know more days feeling blue, one time I hated you for what you did dad I was your kid but in my heart I chose to forgive so I loved you as your kids, but it’s just somethings I will never understand so I’m going to let you rest in peace man
